Djurdjura (Algeria)
The Djurdjura National Park is a Public Administrative Establishment (EPA), endowed with legal personality and financial autonomy, created by presidential decree n°83-460 of 07/23/1983 and established as a world biosphere reserve by UNESCO on 17 – 12 – 1997.
The Djurdjura National Park is located in the north of Algeria, in the Djurdjura massif. It overlaps with two the Wilayas, oTizi-Ouzou in the North and Bouira in the South.
Its territory is divided into five local management sectors, official subdivision from 2013 ( Tala Guilef, Ait Ouba, Tala Rena, Tikdjda and Thirourda).
